General Information
This Comfortabele and Spacious (80 M2) Apartment provides property for 6 persons. It has a spacious living room where you can find a comfortable couch, a Smart-TV and a DVD player. The Wifi is free. A traditional Austrian heater keeps you extra warm in cold and snowy Winter days.
From the living room you can reach the garden which provides terraces on the north and south side of the house. Here you have the most beautiful views at the mountains of Fieberbrunn. Both of The terrace provides garden furniture so you can eat or sunbathing. In winter here you can find the stabling for ski/ snowboard and the woodshed. The garden and area around is big enough for kids to sled and make a snowman.
The kitchen is fully equipped: a dishwasher, oven, microwave and an old traditional Austrian heater. The Apartment has radiators in the bedrooms and living room, under floor heating in the bath room and separate toilet. The bath room has a shower, a hairdryer and towels
The main bedroom has a comfortable, electronic adjustable boxspring (2 x 90/220 ) The second bedroom has 2x bunk bed for 2 persons (90/200). So there is place for 4 persons. Bed sheets and towels are inclusive.
In the entrance you can find warmers for your ski shoes and some Dutch books, games and DVD´s.
Under the Apartment there is a private parking place. This Apartment is pet and smoke free.
